Apex is an unofficial Formula 1 companion: full race weekend schedule in your time zone, results, championship standings, session alerts, and home & lock screen widgets.
Widgets aren't updating. Widgets refresh on iOS's schedule (usually within minutes of a session boundary). Opening the app forces a refresh.
Alerts aren't arriving. Check Settings → Notifications → Apex is allowed, and that Session alerts is on inside the app's Settings tab.
Times look wrong. All times are shown in your device's time zone. Travelling? They update automatically.
Restore a purchase. Settings tab → Apex Pro → Restore Purchases. Subscriptions are managed in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
