Apex — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Apex does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

What the app does

Apex shows Formula 1 schedules, results and championship standings. To do this it fetches public sports data from the community-run Jolpica-F1 service and circuit imagery from Apple Maps. These requests contain no account information, no identifiers, and no location data — only the race or season being requested.

What stays on your device

Your preferences (theme, notification settings) and a cache of race data are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage, so the app and its widgets can work offline. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Notifications

Session alerts are scheduled locally on your device. Apex does not use push notification servers.

Purchases

Apex Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Payments, subscriptions and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Apex never sees your payment details.

Analytics and tracking

None. Apex contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Children

Apex does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date.
